By accessing our website and participating in our values clarification and personal identity exploration workshops, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your engagement with our workshops demonstrates your understanding and acceptance of these governing principles.
User Obligations and Conduct
As a user of our services, you agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services or other users’ experiences. This includes but is not limited to sharing misleading information, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting unauthorized access to our systems. We expect all participants in our workshops to respect confidentiality and maintain the integrity of group discussions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any personal information shared during sessions. Additionally, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from our platform without explicit permission. Users must be at least 18 years old to participate in our services, or have appropriate parental consent if younger. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these obligations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through our workshops, including guided reflection exercises, materials, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to our original content, including workshop curricula, guided meditation recordings, and values clarification tools. You may use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during and after your participation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written consent. Any materials you create during workshops remain your personal property, but we may use anonymized insights to improve our offerings. Our branding, logos, and distinctive design elements are also protected. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. We respect your intellectual property rights as well and encourage you to report any infringement you encounter on our platform.
Limitation of Liability
Our workshops and services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, personal transformations, or results from participating in our values clarification exercises. While we provide professional guidance based on established practices, we cannot be held liable for personal decisions you make based on insights gained during workshops. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue participation. We are not responsible for technical interruptions, data loss, or issues beyond our reasonable control. However, this limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be legally excluded, such as personal injury or fraud. Participants acknowledge that self-reflection work is personal in nature and outcomes vary individually.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in unlawful conduct, or disrupt our community. You may terminate your participation in our services at any time by ceasing to use our platform and notifying us in writing. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability, will remain in effect. We may also discontinue our services entirely at our discretion, providing reasonable notice to active participants. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination. If we terminate your access due to misconduct, we are not obligated to refund fees for services already provided. General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
